Acumatica
Acumatica is a cloud ERP used by distributors and brands to run inventory, purchasing, sales orders and accounting. Items live as stock or matrix items with attributes, stock is tracked per warehouse and location, and every document is reachable through its contract-based REST API.
Faire
Faire connects brands with independent retailers who buy wholesale. Retailers discover your products, order in case packs above your minimums, and Faire handles retailer terms and payment. You keep the catalogue, prices and stock accurate, accept and ship orders, and handle backorders, cancellations and returns.

Case packs and minimums have to survive the sync
Retailers order in case packs, while Acumatica usually stocks and ships in eaches. Commercium holds one UOM rule per item class, so every product goes out with the right case pack and every order comes back in base units.
Inventory belongs to Acumatica, not to Faire
When a retailer order, a direct sale or a transfer moves stock in Acumatica, Faire has to hear about it before the next retailer orders the same item. Commercium pools the warehouses you choose, holds back a safety buffer, and pushes changes as they happen.
Onboarding is quick; gathering the details is the real timeline
Onboarding takes 1–2 hours once the necessary details are provided. We send the list before the call rather than discovering gaps during it. The connection itself takes minutes once the API user and Faire access are ready.
Pick one customer strategy for Faire orders
Faire orders can post to a single Faire customer or to one customer per retailer. Both work; switching later breaks reporting. We settle it during onboarding so every sales order lands the same way.
Faire orders need a timely response
Retailers expect new orders to be accepted and shipped within the lead time you publish on Faire. Importing orders quickly and sending shipment confirmations as soon as Acumatica confirms them keeps your brand in good standing.
A backorder is not a cancellation
When stock runs short, some lines should be backordered on Faire with a date, not cancelled. We set a rule per item class so short-shipped lines are handled consistently.
Wholesale and retail prices travel together
Faire shows retailers both a wholesale and a suggested retail price. Updating one without the other confuses buyers, so Commercium reads both price lists and sends them as a pair.
Returns arrive as RMAs, not new orders
A Faire return is linked to the original sales order as an RMA, so stock goes back to the right warehouse and the credit is traceable in Acumatica.
Cancellations run in both directions
A retailer can cancel on Faire, and you can cancel a line in Acumatica when you cannot fulfil it. Both are mirrored, so neither side keeps an open order the other has closed.
Matrix items need clean attributes
Faire options are built from Acumatica attribute values. Inconsistent values such as Navy and navy split one option into two, so we review attribute data before the first product sync.
The next channel should be configuration
Once Acumatica and Faire are mapped in Commercium, adding another marketplace or store reuses the same products, stock pool and order rules rather than starting a new project.

You can connect and manage multiple sales channels through a single Commercium subscription without purchasing a separate connector for each platform. Some enterprise and ERP integrations may require a higher-tier plan.
Does every order I receive on any channel get counted against my plan order limit?
For example, if you already sell through Shopify and use Commercium to connect three additional marketplaces, only orders received from those three marketplaces count toward your Commercium order limit. Your existing Shopify orders are not counted unless Shopify is also connected to Commercium as a sales channel for order processing.
Most supported platforms can be added without a separate per-connector fee, provided they are covered by your current plan category.

Why are there three different types of pricing plans?
Ecommerce pricing applies when your setup includes only platforms classified as standard ecommerce integrations.
Enterprise pricing applies when your setup includes an enterprise marketplace, retailer, fulfilment network, or another platform classified as an enterprise integration.
ERP pricing applies when your setup includes an ERP system such as Business Central, Odoo, Acumatica, or NetSuite.
If your setup includes an Enterprise or ERP integration, the corresponding pricing category will apply. Our team can review your requirements and confirm the appropriate plan before you subscribe.
