The Challenge
Stitch & Bill, a growing brand in the fashion accessories space, sells products both directly and through wholesale marketplaces. As their wholesale activity on Faire increased, managing orders and inventory alongside their Veeqo system became challenging. Orders from Faire had to be checked and processed manually, while stock levels needed constant monitoring to avoid overselling or delays. This process consumed valuable time for the team and increased the chances of inventory mismatches. The lack of a smooth connection between Veeqo and Faire made it difficult for Stitch & Bill to maintain accurate stock visibility and efficient order handling.
