Temu, and what selling on it actually involves
Temu is a fast-growing marketplace with its own listing rules, fulfillment models and buyer-first return policy. Commercium sits between it and Odoo, so your team never has to work inside the Seller Center for routine tasks.
Temu
Global marketplaceTemu is the marketplace and seller platform operated by PDD Holdings. Sellers can run semi-managed logistics, shipping orders themselves once Temu assigns a carrier, or fully-managed logistics, where inventory is pre-positioned in Temu-managed warehouses. Temu sets its own listing template, pricing rules, buyer-first return policy and performance scorecard, and a single seller account can carry many SKUs across multiple categories.

Temu's return policy is buyer-first, and it needs to reach the books fast
Temu's return and refund policy leans heavily toward the buyer, which means returns and refunds happen more often and faster than on many other channels. If that activity isn't matched back to the original Odoo order quickly, credit notes fall behind and inventory looks wrong. Commercium matches every return and refund to its order the moment Temu reports it, so Odoo stock and accounting stay current together.
Semi-managed and fully-managed logistics need different rules
Sellers running semi-managed logistics confirm their own deliveries and carrier once Temu assigns routing, while fully-managed sellers hand fulfillment to Temu once stock is received into its warehouses. Treating both the same way in Odoo creates confusion at the warehouse. Commercium tags orders by fulfillment model at import, so delivery confirmation only happens where your team is actually responsible for it.
Onboarding is quick: gathering the details is the real timeline
Onboarding takes 1 to 2 hours once all the necessary details are provided by the customer. In practice the elapsed time is spent collecting those details from Temu and from your own systems, which is why we send the list before the call rather than discovering gaps during it. Odoo itself connects quickly through its standard API, whether you run Community, Enterprise or Odoo.sh.
Test listings before you test orders
Getting the category, attribute and pricing mapping right on a handful of test listings first saves far more time than debugging a rejected listing after go-live. We run this step with your team before any order flow is switched on.
Refunds aren't always full refunds
Partial refunds, restocking fees and promotional deductions all show up on Temu's side and need to land correctly on the Odoo credit note. We assemble the credit note from Temu's refund data plus your own accounting rules, so books stay accurate.
Cancellations behave differently before and after shipment
A pre-shipment cancellation just needs stock released. A post-shipment cancellation needs a return leg as well. We set the rule once so the warehouse never has to work out which situation it's looking at.
Multi-company Odoo setups need a clear pool
Businesses running several companies or warehouses in Odoo need to decide, once, which warehouses feed Temu availability. We set that pool during onboarding so it never has to be reconsidered order by order.

Does every order I receive on any channel get counted against my plan order limit?
No, we only count those orders against your plan order limit that you receive via channels that you have connected using Commercium.
For example, if you are already selling on Shopify and you started selling on 3 new marketplaces connected via Commercium, we will only count those orders against your plan limit that you receive from those 3 new marketplaces, not the orders that you receive via Shopify.
How frequently does the data sync happen between the connected platforms?
Can I connect additional marketplaces and platforms later using Commercium?
Yes. Commercium supports over 200+ marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, ERPs, shipping providers, accounting systems and fulfilment platforms through the same application.
Most of the platforms you can connect for free while remaining on your existing plan.
What happens when I cross my plan limit?
Once you cross your plan limit, your data sync remains active and everything keeps working as usual. We send you a monthly overage invoice that you can pay from within your Commercium portal within 7 days of the invoice issue date.
You can also upgrade to a higher plan later if you continuously cross your plan's limits, because it saves you money since higher volume plans cost less.
