RJ Corp Retail needed a reliable way to connect SAP S/4HANA with Clover POS. Managing store transactions alongside backend systems was becoming difficult. Orders from Clover had to be sent to SAP in a structured way, while avoiding unnecessary data like BOM items. There were also inconsistencies in quantities. At times, SAP showed higher numbers due to duplicate order states, and in other cases, lower quantities due to missed updates. Keeping inventory and pricing aligned across both systems added to the complexity.

The Solution
