The Challenge
Buytec.it is an ecommerce store that specializes in refurbished electronics. As the business expanded, the team started selling products on Refurbed alongside their Shopify store. Managing listings and inventory across both platforms became difficult. The team had to update product information manually, which took a lot of time and increased the chances of mistakes. Orders coming from Refurbed also had to be handled separately, making daily operations more complicated. Without a streamlined connection between Shopify and Refurbed, Buytec found it challenging to maintain accurate stock levels and keep product information consistent across both platforms.
