Aukro operates with a tiered commission structure based on the product category and sale price. Sellers are charged a commission when an item is sold, typically ranging from 2% to 10% of the final sale price, depending on the category. Below are some common fees:

  • Listing Fees: Aukro charges a small listing fee depending on the starting price of the auction, usually a nominal amount (approximately CZK 1–5).
  • Final Sale Commission: The commission fee ranges from 2% to 10% based on the product category. For example:
    • Electronics: 2%–4%
    • Fashion: 5%–8%
    • Antiques & Art: 7%–10%

Other potential fees include:

  • Extra Features: Sellers can pay for promotional tools like highlighted listings or premium placement to increase visibility.
Getting started to sell on Aukro Marketplace
Create an Account:
  • Visit the Aukro website and click on “Register.” Provide your email, and set up a username and password.
  • Confirm your registration through email and provide personal or business details as required.

Verify Your Account:

  • To sell, you need to verify your identity. This can be done by completing identity verification (using official identification) and attaching a bank account for payments.

List Your Products:

  • Go to the "Sell" section, and fill in the details of the product you want to sell.
  • Choose between an auction format or fixed price.
  • Set a starting price or a fixed price, upload photos, and provide a detailed description of the item.

Select Category & Pricing:

  • Choose the appropriate product category and fill in the pricing structure. Decide if you want to pay for premium listing options to boost visibility.

Manage Sales:

  • Once your items are listed, monitor the sales from your dashboard. Aukro notifies you when bids are placed or items are sold.

Payment & Shipping:

  • After selling, communicate with the buyer regarding payment and shipment. Aukro provides integrated payment solutions to make the transaction smoother.
  • Ship the item as per the shipping terms you've set and provide tracking information if needed.

Receive Payment:

  • Once the buyer has confirmed receipt, your earnings (minus commission) are transferred to your linked bank account.

Rating & Feedback:

  • Buyers and sellers rate each other after transactions, which builds trust and helps increase your visibility on the platform.

Commercium pricing depends on the number of SKUs you want to manage across different selling channels or the number of orders you receive per month whichever is higher. Let's say you want to manage 1000 SKUs & receive 300 orders a month, you will be eligible for a plan that supports 1000 SKUs.

Is there a free trial available, and what does it include?

Yes, Commercium offers a generous free forever plan that is more than enough to try & explore our product features. You can even use this plan to try selling on new marketplaces with your selected product catalog & as the volume increases you can always switch to a bigger plan. Note: For some enterprise integrations, the Free Forever plan might not be applicable.

Does every order I receive on any channel get counted against my plan order limit?

No, we only count those orders against your plan order limit that you receive via channels that you have connected using Commercium. For example, if you are already selling on Shopify & you started selling on 3 new marketplaces connected via Commercium we will only count those orders against your plan limit that you receive from those 3 new marketplaces & not the orders that you receive via Shopify.
