By using the services provided by ConstaCloud Private Limited ("ConstaCloud"), you agree to the following Terms of Use (ToU). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

ConstaCloud offers various software services, including but not limited to cloud solutions, data management, and application development. Services may be added, modified, or terminated at our discretion.

Users agree not to misuse the services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised access, distribution of malicious software, and infringement of intellectual property.

Users may be required to register in order to access certain services. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.

ConstaCloud values your privacy. Our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these ToU, describes how we handle and protect your data.

ConstaCloud reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these ToU, with or without notice.

Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, ConstaCloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

All content and services provided by ConstaCloud are owned by or licensed to ConstaCloud and are protected by international copyright laws.

We may periodically update these ToU. It's your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

These ToU shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these ToU shall be resolved in the courts of India.
